The herbal Super Curcumin therapy when applied on non-healing wounds induce a wound environ. In the ‘innovative super-curcumin induced wound environ’, the G Cells, get activated within hours post trauma, or in an immune or drug reaction and can form any body tissue. These regenerative cells are present in every tissue and for further discussion purpose, we named these as G Cell in 2012”). These “G” cells get suppressed, or even destroyed in “cytotoxic medication environ”. This environ occurs especially in a chemical or antibacterial or infective toxic wound dressing environ (like silver or iodine dressings). This leads to delayed wound healing, scars & contractures.
The G cell bed with angiogenesis develops within 48 Hours after the therapy controls the infection around the wound. (as seen in image below).
Once the wound becomes healthy, a skin generating line, we will here on call it as the ‘G Line’, grows on the periphery of the wounds. Island of skin cells appear in between leading to fast coverage of skin deficient area by ‘G Layer’.
Once this “G line and G layer” cover the wound surface completely (within 48 hours to 72 hours) on a clean surface, may it be a gangrenous area or a bare bone, or functional area like fingers, face or perineum, new skin layers generate completely in 04 to 06 weeks in major defects.
These G cells derive their own neurovascular supply, multiply very quickly, sometimes within 24 hours, form a “G ring” on the periphery of the wound. Abundant G cell islands can be seen in a major wound/ulcer or defect.
